Offered here by Aurora Music Co. in DeKalb IL. is a 1966 Harmony H49 Stratotone Jupiter

Made in Chicago in 1966, This H49 is very late production. The last time Harmony listed them in the catalog was 1965 and this one is dated 1966. The pickups have a stamped date of April, 11 1966 and it is stamped S-66 KM inside the cavity. Another very unusual thing about this guitar is that the top is flamed maple. I have owned 10 or so of these and every other one I’ve had has had a spruce top. This is a very cool guitar and is in exceptionally nice condition with a couple of marks on the back of the headstock and one near the base of the neck.

It includes a hang tag and the original chipboard two tone case with red felt interior. The case is in fair shape but is original to the guitar.
